When you register to become an affiliate of a merchant, you become their reseller. Most affiliate programs are free to join and most commissions are paid on a monthly basis. As an affiliate of a merchant, you will be given access to create unique URLs that are linked to the products/services you are selling for the merchant.

There is literally nothing you cannot buy on the internet today, and there are probably more affiliate programs you can participate in on any given day.
